The principle purpose of this role is to deliver accurate and price competitive quotes to customers on time.
The role holder will work as part of the quoting team, but also alongside our design & project management departments.
The ideal candidate would have the following skills:
• Experience within the engineering sector
• Be able to work as part of a team and individually
• Have an understanding of drawings and materials we use (mild & stainless steel, aluminium plus others)
• Have a confident & professional manner when speaking to colleagues, customers and suppliers
• Feel comfortable following up quotes
• Attention to detail with administration skills when completing quotes, risk assessments & job packs

Fabricator / welder
Due to the continuous growth of the company, Berry & Escott are currently recruiting an experienced fabricator / welder.
The successful candidate would need to be able to work from both drawings and written / verbal instructions and with a range of materials, but predominantly, Mild, stainless steel & aluminium.
You will be working within a well established team and must also be flexible and able to work under their own initiative with a great eye for detail, producing work to a very high quality.
